FP&A Analyst II

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee product costing analysis to ensure accurate and reliable cost information. Manage and optimize inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct regular cost audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost-related data and insights. Develop and implement cost accounting policies and procedures. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Lead in quick turnaround to all Product costing request by various Product Managers & Top Management for Cost comparisons SPOC for all compliance related audits including SOX, Internal Audits, Yearly Statutory Audits related to Inventory and cost management. Lead Inventory updates in Oracle and Physical stock take activities Lead plant efficiency analysis through formulation and comparison of Standard Cost Vs Actual Cost.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

CMA - ICWA qualification is a must. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Product Costing, Inventory Management, and Cost Audit within the Manufacturing Industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
