Job Description
Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures specific to the foundry operations. This includes defining quality standards, inspection protocols, and testing methodologies.
Monitor production processes to ensure they comply with quality standards and specifications. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, molds, cores, and finished castings to verify compliance with design specifications and quality requirements.
Identify non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards. Investigate root causes and collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
