Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Founder's Office Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team and be part of an early stage startup and lean how to get from 0 to 1. This role especially suits someone who is looking to start his own company in future as you will get to experience all aspects of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support to the CEO:
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO, assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a proxy for the CEO in meetings, helping prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making, including market trends, operational improvements, and growth opportunities.
Project Management:
- Lead, track, and execute high-priority projects that cut across departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth project progress and resolve any cross-functional issues.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Monitor key performance metrics and assist in developing strategies to meet performance targets.
- Create systems to track progress and ensure that all teams are aligned on goals and priorities.
Communication and Alignment:
- Facilitate communication between the executive team and the broader organization.
- Prepare internal and external reports, presentations, and updates for the leadership team, board members, and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure clear communication and foster a collaborative culture.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Mentor and coach mid-level managers and key team members, helping them grow into stronger leaders.
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts, ensuring that the startup attracts and maintains top talent.
Special Projects and Problem-Solving:
- Take ownership of special projects or emerging challenges as directed by the CEO.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address them before they escalate into larger issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Excel Modeling, Primary/ Secondary research, Power Point/ keynote/ Canva presentation and Finance (All 4 skills is a must).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
