What makes the role meaty?
● Assist to generate new product ideas and recipes partnering with Culinary Team
● To take part in team efforts to modify and improve existing recipes
● To contribute to Designing processes and scale up of recipes on a large scale
● Identify and coordinate with vendors for any new ingredients, machinery, lab services etc.
● Physicochemical and microbial analysis to be performed
● Sensorial evaluation and documentation for any new, existing products or ingredients.
● To work on recipe management software
● Validate the products as per FSSAI Regulations
● Coordinate with team for product shelf life study
● Writing reports/Presentation on various studies, visits & trials
● Urge to learn new technology, software and other tools.
● Estimated at 20%. Travel is required to various Licious/ OEM locations, vendor meetings or other job-related functions.
We hope that you have..
● A Bachelor's/Master’s in Food Science or Food processing Technology, priority for the one with experience in the Food Industry.
● Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheets
● Basic knowledge on FSSAI and other food regulations, Sensory.
Duration:
● Minimum 4-6 months
