- Optimize resource usage to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Client Interaction:
- Manage client discussions, resolve technical gaps, and deliver value to product development.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and gain timely client approvals.
- Build expertise in core technical domains and guide team members effectively.
- Technical & Operational Support:
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure accessibility to clients and stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication with clients and vendors, including preparing and sharing meeting agendas and reports.
- Provide alternative solutions for technical or operational challenges as needed.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Take ownership of assigned projects and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Stay motivated and foster a positive work environment during challenges.
