Job Overview

We are hiring a Food & Beverage Executive for AIPL, one of India's premier real estate developers. As a Food & Beverage Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the food and beverage operations of our company. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong knowledge of guest service management
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Manage and supervise the food and beverage operations of the company
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Oversee the procurement, storage, and inventory of food and beverages
  • Maintain and analyze sales and financial reports
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
