Qualifications And Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing inventory and controlling costs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory and control stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
