IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications for our CX & Digital Channels department. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile development
• Proficient in Flutter framework and Dart programming language
• Experience with native Android and iOS development is a plus
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile applications
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies
  
  

Additional Parameters

• Experience in banking or financial services industry is preferred
• Knowledge of hybrid mobile development using React Native or Xamarin is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
