  Preparation and approval of annual B Plan for the compan
• yMonthly/Quarterly/half yearly/ annual closing of MIS book
• sMonitor and identify reasons for variance between actual and budget number
• sPreparation of analysis for CFO/MD review
• .Preparation of financial presentations for top management meetings
• .Ensuring and accurate & timely submission of deliverables to Holding compan
• yPreparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making
• .Active participation in developing and continuous improving Company’s annual budget projections and its final roll-out to all departments
• .Working with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall corporate budge
• tPerforming competition benchmarking and giving insight to the top management on the various development across the industr
