Job Description: Financial Analyst – Chartered Accountant
Location: Bangalore
Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a Chartered Accountant qualification and 4–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, prepare margin analysis for projects and providing strategic insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI certified
Experience: 4–5 years in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing/ trading setup

Job Description: Financial Analyst – Chartered Accountant
Location: Bangalore
Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a Chartered Accountant qualification and 4–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, prepare margin analysis for projects and providing strategic insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales) to provide financial insights.
- Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and ROI analysis.
- Assist in profitability and margin analysis
- Basic knowledge of Income tax and GST.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and US GAAP.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, SOX compliances and tax assessments.
- Use ERP systems and BI tools for data extraction and reporting.
- Present financial insights to senior management in a clear and actionable format.
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI certified
Experience: 4–5 years in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing/ trading setup
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP, Oracle or equivalent ERP systems
- Familiarity with costing methodologies and inventory accounting
- Basic knowledge of AS, Ind AS, GST, Customs and other regulatory frameworks
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management, prioritization, ability to work with tight deadlines
- Exposure to plant-level finance operations
- Exposure to process automation and other finance initiatives
