Numerator is currently looking for a Financial Analyst which will provide financial and analytical support across the entire Company. This position reports directly to the Financial Operations Director and will partner with the FP&A team to support reporting and forecasting workstreams and create operating rigor. The job requires experience in corporate finance and/or accounting, advanced skills in Excel and the ability to quickly build expertise in Numerator’s financial systems. A key component of the role will be to provide financial reporting and bring visibility to operating metrics.

Numerator is currently looking for a Financial Analyst which will provide financial and analytical support across the entire Company. The job requires experience in corporate finance and/or accounting, advanced skills in Excel and the ability to quickly build expertise in Numerator’s financial systems. A key component of the role will be to provide financial reporting and bring visibility to operating metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance team in key business projects and initiatives
- Effectively utilize and query our financial systems, including, NetSuite, OneStream, Salesforce.com
- Create and disseminate internal and external financial reports, including a core monthly reporting package, budget variance reports, ARR customer data and revenue reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports for Numerator’s parent company, Kantar
- Work cross-functionally with service operations to support monthly leadership reporting (examples include project profitability, survey credit tracking, team utilization and gross margin analysis
- Develop and use modeling skills to support data-driven decision making
- Provide operational analysis and reporting designed to drive increased awareness into departmental and total company performance
- Provide support to other Finance team members and departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned, including systems integration support
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or closely related field
- 2+ years of work experience in corporate finance or accounting, including internships and other work experience gained in the field during completion of degree.
- Experience in General Ledger, GL Accounting
- Experience with SaaS based financial system (i.e. NetSuite) a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; candidate must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions, etc).
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to make quantitative and qualitative assessments of data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A record of accomplishment and delivery against objectives
- Ability to work in a constantly changing growth environment while maintaining a positive attitude
