We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager Lead to oversee our India finance operations, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team with a CFO mindset.

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager Lead to oversee our India finance operations, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team with a CFO mindset.

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee and manage all financial operations for the India GCC/Development Centre, acting as a strategic partner with a CFO mindset to manage India Centre Finance Strategy and Operations.
- India Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and transfer pricing, while optimizing tax strategies.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with global financial goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RnDm HR, IT, Vendors and operations, to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS and global accounting standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and audit readiness.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships to support India operations.
- Process Optimization: Drive automation and process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing India finance operations for a GCC or similar setup.
- Proven expertise in Indian taxation (GST, TDS, corporate tax, transfer pricing) and regulatory compliance.
- Experience acting as a strategic finance leader, with a CFO-level mindset, driving business decisions.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP/IFRS and global accounting standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred Certifications: CA (preferred), CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, behaving like a CFO to drive financial strategy.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of India-specific financial and regulatory frameworks.
- Leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
