Job Description
As the Finance Head, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities, with a primary focus on raising funds, managing equity infusion, venture funds, growth funds, and spearheading expansion plans. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and ensuring its long-term financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate financial plans that support business growth and expansion.
Fundraising
Lead fundraising efforts by identifying potential investors, preparing investment proposals, and conducting negotiations.
Manage relationships with existing investors and cultivate new investor partnerships to secure necessary funding for the company's initiatives.
Equity Infusion
Oversee equity infusion processes, including equity structuring, valuation analysis, and equity issuance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in equity management.
Venture Fund And Growth Fund Management
Manage venture funds and growth funds, including fund allocation, investment decisions, and performance tracking.
Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in finance leadership roles, with a focus on fundraising, equity management, and financial planning.
Strong understanding of venture capital, private equity, and capital markets.
