Finance – Accounts & Credit Notes Internship in Lucknow

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance intern to join our accounts and credit note team. The intern will support day-to-day accounting tasks, assist in processing credit notes, and ensure financial data is accurate and well-organized. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in core finance functions and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic business environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in maintaining financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation.
• Supporting the preparation and issuance of credit notes for returns, discounts, or overpayments.
• Verifying sales returns, customer complaints, and approval memos before credit note processing.
• Reconciling credit note transactions with sales and accounts receivable data.
• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation of all credit note and transaction records.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assisting in preparing reports related to credit notes, refunds, and adjustments.
