Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Finacle Core solutions to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the customization and integration of Finacle Core with existing systems.
- Provide expert guidance on Asset & Wealth Management processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Finacle Core implementations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Finacle Core and its functionalities.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Asset & Wealth Management processes.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in system integration and customization.
- Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have experience in leading and mentoring teams.
