The job involves checking dispatched concrete slumps, mixing, and coordinating with TM drivers for timely delivery. Proper concrete sampling is ensured at plants and sites for testing and cube casting. The lab area and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained. The lab technician records testing for encoding, conducts trials as per requirements, and crushes cubes according to schedule. Testing raw materials and fresh concrete is also conducted.
Description (KPI)-
Check dispatched concrete slumps, mix and cordination with TM drivers for on time deliveryEnsure proper sampling of concrete at plants and site for sample testing & casting of cubesCast and store concrete cube samples as per standardMaintain housekeeping of the lab area and the equipment’s in clean conditionWhen visiting the site for testing fresh concrete, coordinate with the plant and update the concerned about status at site.Keep cube storage tank, trials area clean and the water always clearMaintain records of testing for encoding by Lab TechnicianDo trials as per requrmentsCubes crushing as per scheduleTesting of raw materilas and fresh concrete
