- Strong problem-solving skills to identify faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and provide instructions or answer inquiries.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on QUBA home appliances at customer premises.
- Travel to customer locations within the Faridabad and Delhi regions to provide service support.
- Diagnose technical issues in appliances and implement timely and efficient repair solutions.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of service and repair work for future reference.
