- On a successful completion of the 6 months Launchpad Programme you get an opportunity to join as Assistant Relationship Manager.
- The training not only imparts knowledge and sales skills but also in gold appraisal processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day-to-day operations
- Post 6 months programme you will be onboarded as ARM with CTC of upto 3.2 Lacs + Incentive.
- Incentive is governed as per applicable policy. MGB (Minimum Guaranteed Bonus) is governed by the MGV policy as applicable.
- Travel Phone allowance is governed as per applicable policy
