Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales by conducting face-to-face meetings, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers in the field to present company products or services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable).
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
