Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales by conducting face-to-face meetings, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers in the field to present company products or services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets..
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Skills:Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
