A Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets within a specific geographical area. This role requires a blend of sales skills, strategic planning, and customer relationship management to meet company goals effectively. Below is a typical job description for the role:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.

· Conduct product demonstrations and provide post-sale support.

· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

· Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Provide market feedback to management regarding competitor activities and customer demands.

· Participate in promotional events and trade shows as required.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment

Education

Experience

· Proven experience as a field Sales Executive or similar sales role.
