Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our solar rooftop solutions. This is a full-time position based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
• Strong sales prospecting and lead generation skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Good product knowledge, preferably in the solar energy sector
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through sales prospecting techniques
• Present and demonstrate our solar rooftop solutions to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
