Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field FMCG Horeca Sales professional to join our Pune team as a Mid-Level position. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Horeca Sales and Wholesale (Mandatory skills) in addition to a robust set of required skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Horeca Sales experience (Mandatory skill)
  • Wholesale Sales experience (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation skills, able to create win-win situations in business interactions
  • Solid experience in Account Management, ensuring all clients' needs are met effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in General Trade, understanding the nuances and dynamics of traditional trade channels
  • Background in B2B Sales, adept at interacting with and selling to other businesses

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Horeca sales targets in the FMCG sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation for Horeca and Wholesale clients
  • Manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships with key Horeca clients and Local Retailers
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors' activities to be competitive in the market
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients to maximize profitability
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery and quality of products
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Achieve set sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
