Job Overview

HR Walla is seeking a Field Career Counselor to join our team. This is a junior-level, full-time position where you will work remotely from various locations including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Bikaner, Sikar, and Alwar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Field Career Counselor, you will play a key role in helping job seekers find their ideal job by providing personalized career counseling and support.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career counseling to job seekers to understand their career goals and aspirations
• Assist job seekers in identifying job opportunities that match their skills and interests
• Review and provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and other application materials
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to offer relevant advice to job seekers
• Maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates
• Conduct workshops and webinars on various career-related topics
• Track and report on job seeker progress and success stories to the management team
• Work collaboratively with the HR Walla team to continuously improve our career counseling services
