We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in handling large-scale government projects. The role will begin with a mandatory 3-4 month on-site engagement at a designated government workshop, aimed at gaining an in-depth understanding of the project workflows and requirements. Post this phase, the position will transition into a hybrid work model based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Analysis and Documentation :
  • Conduct detailed analysis of government project workflows during the on-site phase.
  • Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, functional specs, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Requirements Management :
  • Convert business needs into detailed, actionable requirements for development and implementation teams.

- Maintain a structured and up-to-date repository of all project requirements.-

  • Ensure traceability, version control, and alignment of requirements with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Serve as the key point of contact between project teams and government stakeholders.
  • Address queries, facilitate discussions, and ensure consistent communication between parties.
  • Build strong working relationships to enable successful project delivery.
  • Transition to Hybrid Model :
  • Post on-site engagement, continue to manage and refine requirements remotely from the Noida base.
  • Provide continuous virtual support through documentation updates, meetings, and status reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to government projects.
  • Sound understanding of public sector processes, regulations, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong documentation and analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and translating technical needs into business terms.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or other BA tools.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
