Key Responsibilities:
COMMUNICATION
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Set up and prepare dining and buffet areas according to the service standards.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas, dining tables, and equipment.
- Assist with the setup and clearing of banquet functions or conference rooms.
- Replenish supplies such as cutlery, crockery, condiments, and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth F&B operations.
