- Curriculum & Course Development: Design and update fashion courses to align with industry trends.
- Faculty Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Student Support: Guide students in projects, portfolio development, and career planning.
- Administration: Oversee department budgets, resources, and academic standards.
- Industry Relations: Build connections with industry professionals, arrange internships, and stay updated on trends.
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience in managing and mentoring staff.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current fashion trends, sustainability, and technology.
- Teaching Ability: Strong communication and experience in delivering fashion education.
- Creativity: Ability to innovate and inspire students.
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Extensive experience in fashion design and academic leadership.
- Strong portfolio and teaching experience.
