Role: We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineering Manager with extensive experience in AI/ML, MLOps, and DevOps. This role involves leading a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop innovative machine learning solutions, while collaborating closely with clients to deliver tailored AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists in developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized AI/ML solutions that meet their business needs.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and team performance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize Azure cloud services for deploying, scaling, and maintaining AI/ML applications.
• Establish and manage MLOps and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies to drive strategic initiatives.
  
  

Technical Knowhow:

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Proven experience in managing teams and building strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Python, along with experience in implementing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data management practices.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deployment strategies, including MLOps and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with vector databases and their application in AI solutions.
