Job Title: Informatica IDQ/CDQ Developer / Data Quality Specialist-Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica DQ (Data Quality)/Cloud Data Quality Developer. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality solutions using Informatica IDQ/CDQ to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable data across the enterprise. This role involves close collaboration with data stewards, business analysts, data engineers, and governance teams to define and enforce data quality standards, rules, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards using Informatica DQ.
• Perform data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, parsing, matching, and de-duplication.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data quality metrics, thresholds, and SLAs.
• Develop reusable data quality assets (rules, mappings, workflows) and deploy them in production.
• Integrate DQ solutions with Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, IICS, or other ETL platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DQ jobs and provide data quality issue resolution support.
• Work with data stewards and governance teams to establish data stewardship workflows.
• Conduct data analysis to identify root causes of data quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and rule repositories.
• Participate in data governance programs, supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ) development.
• Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in building Informatica DQ mappings, mapplets, workflows, and scorecards.
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and master data concepts.
• Solid understanding of data lifecycle management and data architecture principles.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

Informatica DQ certification.

Experience with IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) and Cloud Data Quality modules.

Exposure to data governance tools like Informatica Axon, Collibra, or similar.

Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins.
