Knowledge of Descartes track management system
Responsibilities
Prior experience in preparing customs and shipping documents preferred
Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
Maintains a database that tracks goods.
Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages
Performs other duties as assigned
Coordination with Custom House Agent, Shipping line and Freight forwarder. License with Custom, DGFT and Bank.
Salary: 3LPA 4.20LPA ( Negotiable )
Industry preferred : Steel Industry experienced
