Needs Analysis: Understanding client needs and challenges to provide appropriate telecommunication solutions.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.
Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts, upselling/cross-selling products, and securing sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Sales Performance: Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and contributing to team efforts.
Market & Product Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
