BASIC OBJECTIVE
Maintain customer master data according to company policy and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Specific Responsibilities.
Maintain customer master data according to company policy and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Specific Responsibilities.
- Create, Update, and block customer master data according to company policy.
- Ensure the master data maintenance meets SLA commitment.
- Perform the periodical review and audit of master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Take the initiatives to improve the customer master data process.
- Creation of SOPs & process map.
- Basic understanding of Bulk upload and SAP Reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc support to Sales team based on need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Masterdata Management is required.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in a shared service center is a plus.
- Experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Team player and well-verse with Stakeholder engagement.
