Qualification – B.E/B.Tech (any discipline) mandatory

NowPurchase is looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and street-smart Inside Sales Associate to join our fast-growing B2B raw materials platform. This role is ideal for someone eager to break into industrial/B2B sales and learn how to build recurring revenue pipelines through disciplined outreach, customer engagement, and CRM ownership. If you love hustling, building rapport with customers, and are hungry to grow, this is your chance to build a career in sales with India’s leading foundry tech platform.

  • Own the entire sales funnel – from sourcing and cold calling to onboarding and converting trader accounts.
  • Execute high-volume outreach using calls, WhatsApp, and CRM to drive trader engagement.
  • Maintain CRM discipline – lead tagging, follow-up cycles, quotation dispatch, and closure tracking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Operate within Hunter-Farmer-Retention (HFR) sales motion with consistency.
  • Build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs and position NowPurchase offerings effectively.
  • Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Desired Attributes

  • 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B client engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to hustle and close deals.
  • Customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and data handling.
  • Ability to perform basic market research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate
  • Group Medical Insurance: This is over and above compensation. 3 lakhs floater for the family including parents, spouse, children. Top Up option is also available upon personal request.
