Primary position objectives:
Primary position objectives:
- To track movement of vehicles
- To communicate with drivers and supervisors for timely placement.
- Maintain database of drivers and supervisors
- Continuous communication with transport/operations/private yard officials
- Periodic updates to CS team for further communication to customers.
- Escalate critical matters for immediate resolution
- Adhere to established SOPs and SOP to be reviewed from time to time.

- Responsible for smooth movement of vehicles.
- Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations.
- Ensure to prepare various reports & sharing with concerned in time.
- Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
- To have zero customer complaints.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors.
- To follow strictly the SOPs
- Ensure timely loading/unloading of Train.
- Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
- Maintaining HSE Standard and submission of reports
- MIS and Productivity Monitoring.
- Efficient asset utilization and route planning.
- Vehicle scheduling and dispatch.
- Real-time vehicle location tracking. Receiving the email information from Customer Service Desk regarding Dispatch schedule and vehicle planning in consultation with Managers.
- Preparing movement documentation, coordinate allocations of containers.
- Responsibility for preparing daily basis reports Outward, Inward, Reached, Holding, En-route Break down, Offloading of vehicles.
- Coordinating with Customer Care/tracking cell department.
- Responsibility for GR receiving and preparing GR reports.
- Coordination with drivers.
- Coordination with customers for early release & offloading their vehicles.
- Monitoring at other yards where our vehicles are loaded and offloaded.
- Coordination with Exim cell and customer service for every handing/taking over of documents for transport planning.
- Coordination with SIC for loading/unloading of vehicles inside the yards.
- MIS preparation and Record Keeping.
- Cash, Diesel and Fast Tag Management.
- E- Way Bill Management.
- Good Communication skills, patient and proactive
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Qualification – Graduate.
- To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as software.
