Purpose Of The Role

This position will be accountable for driving sales & sourcing & refurbishment in USED VEHICLE CV space in domestic market. It would also be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities in terms of creating volume sales, increasing market share, enhanced customer satisfaction, profitability and building organization brand in the domestic market.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Execution and Implementation

• Plan and deliver Volume, revenues, and profit targets monthly.
• Review Branding, Infrastructure, Manpower and sign off corrective plan.
• Plan and deliver volumes by Source – Exchange, market, and Repo.
• Plan and manage TADNYA contacts. Review TADNYA enrollment, agreement, and sales.
• Train dealer team on Systems, processes, and usage of applications.
• Evaluate and pre-approve all exchange cases.
• Evaluate each case of PDOR, and sign off.
• Plan and drive BTL activities.
• Daily review of pipelines versus targets.
• Ensure adherence to inventory days target.
• Validate Every valuation versus system entry.
• Ensure purchase as per price grid
  
  

Relationship Management

• Ensure the dealer's relationship is maintained through constant interactions, resolution of dealer issues, and drive dealer volumes
• Identify and review gaps in the dealer performance and strengthen the non-performing dealers in coordination with TSM.
• Ensure periodic review of dealer operations to drive implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain the relationships with the market i.e brokers, influencers, financers, RTO agents etc.
• Manage day-to-day sales operations through his dealership team for the area assigned
• Plan and execute the day-to-day corrective action plan in consultation with TSM & RSM’s.
