About The Role
The role is responsible for managing the HR operations related to AAK South East India. The role involves partnering with the Business leaders to implement the HR Strategy to achieve the Business objectives.
Job Description:
MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Exposure as HR Generalist managing a workforce of 250+ employees with 4 to 8+ years of experience.
Adequate knowledge of Telugu language.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of HR statutory compliances
Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes

About The Role
The role is responsible for managing the HR operations related to AAK South East India. The role involves partnering with the Business leaders to implement the HR Strategy to achieve the Business objectives.
Job Description:
- To handle HR Operations from onboarding to exit of the employees like joining formalities, induction, payroll management, employee training and development, employee performance management, exit formalities etc., for AAK South East India Private Limited.
- To manage the database of employees, vendors and provide MIS reports from time to time as per business requirement.
- To manage Payroll and related compliances
- Grievance Management
- To deal with the vendors /contractors and monitor their compliance regarding the statutes and our Company policies.
- To drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee Administration activities of the plant
