Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans
- Sales Force Management & data management
- Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report
- Portfolio management – Maintaining healthy portfolio
- Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes
- Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Resolves issues regarding customer documentations
- Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas, including fraud likelihoods, deriving projections
- Sales and collect responsibility

Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications :
- Graduation
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
- People & Relationship Management skills

- Work Experience:
- Graduation with 0 to 5 Years’ experience
