Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate who will manage and support day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and help management and employees in administrative, facility, and support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, records, and databases; ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Order office supplies, oversee inventory, and interact with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
  • Provide support to visitors, staff, and clients, acting as a point of contact for administrative issues.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Taking care of overall office administration.
  • Execute employee engagement activities – in house and external events.
  • Support other team for day-to-day requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (Commerce, Business, or Science preferred)

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience as an administrative professional.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience in office management.
  • Good organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
