External Job Description
Manage projects post lead conversion and ensure site execution is completed on time according to customer requirements. Selecting and monitoring GC (General contractors) to ensure quality and adherence to blueprints. Involvement in Material selection, procurement, and finalization of BoQ/site design along with the BHS Design team.
Handle all customer queries, issues and complaint resolution after the site is handed over by the CES – Acquisition.
Responsible for following the laid down process of the company, with respect to site handover, vendor management, and contractor payments etc.
Responsible for Sales collection from the customer.
