Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update management information systems (MIS) databases.
- Design and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators.
- Work closely with departments (finance, operations, HR, etc.) to gather reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Automate routine reports using tools like Excel macros, SQL scripts, or BI tools.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new software solutions.
- Train users on MIS tools and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, macros).
- Experience with SQL, MS Access, or other database systems.
