Job Description

• Follow up with transporters for timely placement of Vehicles. Issuance of TO ( Transport Order ) 3PL service provider fro timely loading of vehicle.
• Daily Freight MIS and monitoring freight.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, transporters, and regulatory authorities for timely clearance and delivery
• Export Billing – Coordination for Export billing from plant.
• Ensuring the advance to be processed to CHA as per the requirement &
• Tracking of In transit vehicles.
• On Time Bill Submission & ensure all supporting
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, planning, warehouse, finance) for smooth cargo flow
• On time BOE submission to ensure on time vendor payment based on the agreed payment terms with the vendor
• Weekly BOE submission to finance
• Reporting as per the Local & Regional Timelines
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status
• Prepare and share monthly MIS reports on shipment status, cost analysis, and clearance timelines
• Freigh provision to be submitted to Finance
