JOB PURPOSE
Reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer, Airport Sector (based in Delhi) as he administer and coordinates all para legal work of GAL Legal function. His role includes interaction from outside counsels for timely delivery of documents besides assisting core legal team in execution of legal documents. He also administer billings of outside counsels which is a big cost centre. This roe cannot be less than executive role role in HAY.
The purpose of this role is to support legal department in various activities including Documentation of all original legal documents, agreements, Maintaining Safety indexing and safe keeping of all original documents. Retriving the documents whenever the legal department needs it.

Documentation of all original legal documents, agreements, Maintaining Safety indexing and safe keeping of all original documents. Retriving the documents whenever the legal department needs it.
Timely closure of transactions.
Supporting the CLO and Senior leadership team for their travel and office administration.

Provide regular support for day to day requirement of the department
Timely execution
SAP payment process for the department invoices : Closing all the legal related payments on time
as per timelines
Procurement of stamps and interaction and coordination with external advocate office for official requirements As per the timelines
