Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs, courses, and materials
- Collaborate with the Central Learning Operations team to coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation
- Monitor and track program enrollment, attendance, and completion rates
- Develop and update training materials, such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance learning experiences
- Support the L&D Manager in communicating with stakeholders regarding program updates and developments
- Lead learning analytics and insights to enable decision making and impact on business
Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in L&D or HR
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus
