JOB DESCRIPTION
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As Executive - HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. You will be reporting to the Senior Manger HR. Your primary objective will be to ensure the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. You will provide guidance and support to management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA)
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's mission and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management programs, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and handle employee documentation in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and industry trends, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary actions.
- Drive the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Maintain HR metrics and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage company’s HR software.
