Job Summary
As the Head of India ER Investigations, you will lead a team of ER investigators, working closely with HR Business Partners and Advisors. Your role is crucial in managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and transparent process, and aligning with our global ER strategy. You will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience and driving our ER priorities, while embodying our principles of empathy, risk-mindedness, impartiality, and trust.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of professionals investigating code of conduct matters with empathy and impartiality.
- Monitor case volumes and ensure adherence to service level agreements, maintaining a risk-minded approach.
- Manage appeals and ensure risk mitigation, engagement, and fairness, building trust within the organization.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching and feedback, fostering an empathetic and supportive environment.
- Advise on ER matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with our values and culture.
- Draft, review, and maintain ER-aligned policies and processes that reflect our mission and principles.
- Develop and deliver training on ER issues and employment law, promoting a culture of trust and understanding.
- Monitor cases for trending issues and develop reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Participate in risk and control initiatives and global harmonization efforts, supporting a consistent and trusted ER framework.
- Conduct organizational audits to identify ER issues, listening to employee concerns and addressing them effectively.
- 12 or more years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Legal, or Employment Law or deep HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of ER policies and practices.
- Ability to respond to sensitive inquiries and build effective partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and manage difficult situations.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and build trusted relationships
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong sense accountability and ownership
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience with risk-based frameworks and process improvements.
- Familiarity with integrating systems and data for ER investigations.
- Ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and team capacity.
