Executive Deliver Safety will be responsible for conducting interviews and shortlist candidates for final round interviews with senior management for the role of driver coach and manage the recruitment process for drivers' helpers and driving assistants. He will provide training on product awareness, including loading and unloading procedures and associated hazards and oversee the performance of driver coaches. He will monitor and assess the performance of commercial vehicle drivers' helpers and driving assistants and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for newly inducted technologies equipment or tools

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this job role you have to conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for final round interviews with senior management for the role of driver coach
• Again, you have to manage the recruitment process for drivers' helpers and driving assistants
• Additionally, you have to provide training on product awareness, including loading and unloading procedures and associated hazards
• Furthermore, you have to oversee the performance of driver coaches
• In this job role you have to monitor and assess the performance of commercial vehicle drivers' helpers and driving assistants
• Again, you have to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for newly inducted technologies equipment or tools
• In addition, you should have good knowledge in transport safety programs, road safety laws, truck and tankers system conversant with different HSEs and statutes in India standards
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You should have Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Further, you must have at least 5 years of experience in transport / logistics function /industry and minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
• Communication skills are required in this role
• You must have IT skills (MS Office)
• In this job role you should have sound knowledge of the motor vehicles act
• Result oriented and possess exceptional relationship with management
