- Logging of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise).
- Acknowledge the complaints to the complainants.
- Providing the response letter to the complainant.
- Reconciliation of received market complaints.
- Review of Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports (India Market).
-  Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
