Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship building.
• Conduct field work to gather market intelligence, identify potential customers, and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in business development or a related field (freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team towards common goals.
• Proficiency in problem-solving skills for overcoming challenges and achieving results.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
