Role Summary
As a B2C Sales Agent, you will be the face of Gramik in the field, working directly with farmers in and around Lucknow to promote and sell Gramik's range of agri-input products. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our reach, educating customers about the benefits of our offerings, and building strong, long-term relationships in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Gramik’s private label and non-private label agri-inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, cattle feed, etc.)
- Build awareness around Gramik’s product benefits and usage
- Demonstrate products and provide after-sales support
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings
- Report daily/weekly sales performance and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market share growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 months of experience in field sales (preferably agri-inputs or rural sales)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and local dialects
- Comfortable working in rural areas around Lucknow
- Tech-savvy and able to use smartphones/reporting tools
