Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Partner

Location: Pune (Aundh) – Open to local candidates & Mumbai - Navi Mumbai candidates only.

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office (WFO)

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Partner who will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, be comfortable traveling with the Partner, and preferably have experience in the real estate or architectural industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Partner.
• Manage meetings, appointments, travel schedules, and calendar management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants on behalf of the Partner.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups on action points.
• Accompany the Partner for meetings, site visits, and travel as needed.
• Maintain effective communication flow between the Partner and various departments.
